| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث موضوع ضوابط تمويل الحملات الانتخابية ومخالفاتها في دولة الإمارات؛ إذ شهدت الدولة خلال العقد الماضي ثلاث تجارب انتخابية لاختيار نصف أعضاء المجلس الوطني الاتحادي، ويتعرض البحث بشكل رئيس لضوابط تمويل الحملات الانتخابية للمرشحين وأنواع ذلك التمويل، إضافة إلى شروطه، وطبيعة المخالفات الخاصة بالتمويل والجزاءات المترتبة على ارتكابها وفقا لما حددته التعليمات التنفيذية للانتخابات بدولة الإمارات في فصلها السادس المواد من (39- 50). وقبل أن نتناول بالدراسة ضوابط تمويل الحملات الانتخابية، كان لا بد من بيان ماهية الحملات الانتخابية ومدى أهميتها، والأهداف المرجوة منها، وقد أنهينا الدراسة بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم المقترحات This research pertains to the regulations and violations of electoral campaigns in the United Arab Emirates, with particular reference to the three electoral experiences the country witnessed in the past decade on electing half of the Federal National Council members. The research mainly addresses the controls and types of funding of electoral campaigns for candidates, in addition to discussing its conditions, the nature of violations related to funding and the penalties incurred for committing such violations, as per the provisions of articles (39-50) of the Federal elections bylaw. But before embarking on a detailed study of the funding of electoral campaigns, it is of vital importance that we show the importance and nature of these campaigns, their importance, aims, and goals. Finally, we concluded our study by summing up most important recommendations |
