| 520 | |a استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وحل المشكلات المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وهل يختلف مستوى التفكير الإبداعي في حل المشكلات المهنية باختلاف الحالة الاجتماعية وسنوات الخدمة والتحصيل الدراسي للمعلمات، فضلا عن التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين المتغيرين. تألفت عينة البحث الحالي من (300) معلمة ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، أعدت الباحثة مقياسين أحدهما لقياس مهارات التفكير الإبداعي والآخر لقياس حل المشكلات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال. وتم استخراج دلالات الصدق والثبات للمقياسين. وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى: 1. لدى بعض معلمات رياض الأطفال وبنسبة (80%) مهارات تفكير إبداعي. 2. الخبرة المهنية (سنوات الخدمة) تكسب معلمة الروضة مهارات جيدة في التفكير الإبداعي، متأتية من تراكم الخبرات. 3. توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا، فكلما زادت مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، كلما أصبح لديهن قدرة عالية في حل المشكلات المهنية. وضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. | ||

It has been shown. validity and reliability of the two measures. The present study aims to identify. Some kindergarten teachers and (80%) them hare of creative thinking .Both professional (years of service) gives a kindergarten teacher good skills in creative thinking, became the accumulation of experiences. . There is a positive correlation which statistically significant, The more creative thinking skills for kindergarten teachers, the more they became to have a high potential in solving professional problems. The researcher arrived a number of recommendations and suggestions. | ||
