| 520 | |b When the leaders of the revolution gathered at the conference of Sommam on August 20 1956, recognized the necessity of working on expanding the area of the revolution towards the south. The establishment of a sixth revolutionary wilaya, they were aware of the extent to which new wilaya needed human capabilities and material means in its first stage, and for this it was decided to appoint Ali Mallah at its head and support it with soldiers and weapons by the third and fourth wilayas, because the sixth wilaya was in dire need of its sons in the struggle against colonialism, so it recruit those who saw it capable of that, especially those who had received military training in the ranks of the French army or who had participated in previous wars. But they found some difficult to find a formula of understanding between the transferred soldiers and the local soldiers, which resulted in a kind of fighting and killing, in this case the fourth wilaya had to penetrate for support so that the sixth wilaya would continue its activities. Perhaps the importance of this study enables the following objectives: -Explain revolutionary relations that existed between the historical states in general, and size and nature of the relationships that prevailed in the fourth and sixth states. -Determining the extent to which the leaders of the fourth state interacted with the pressing needs that prevailed in the sixth term, such as the revolutionary reorganization in it. -the extent of the contribution of the sixth state, in addition to the fourth in the elimination of opposition movements and the embodiment of common struggle. | ||
| 520 | |a عند ما أقر قادة الثورة المجتمعون في مؤتمر الصومال في 20 أوت 1956 بضرورة العمل على اتساع رقعة الثورة نحو الجنوب وتأسيس الولاية الثورية السادسة، كانوا يدركون مدى حاجة هذه الولاية الجديدة إلى إمكانيات بشرية ووسائل مادية في مرحلتها الأولي، ولهذا تقرر تعيين على ملاح على رأسها ودعمها بالجنود والأسلحة من قبل الولايتين الثالثة والرابعة ذلك أن الولاية السادسة كانت في حاجة ماسة إلى أبنائها في الكفاح ضد الاستعمار فجندت من رأته قادرا على ذلك خاصة أولئك الذين تلقوا تكوينا عسكريا في صفوف الجيش الفرنسي أو خاضوا حروبا سابقة، بيد أن الولاية السادسة وجدت بعض الصعوبات في إيجاد أرضية من التفاهم بين الجنود المحولين والجنود المحليين نما نتج عن ذلك نوع من التناحر والتقتيل، وعليه كان يتعين على قادة الولاية الرابعة التدخل وتقديم الدعم لها وإرجاع الأمور إلى نصابها حتى تتمكن الولاية السادسة من الاستمرار في نشاطها ولعل أهمية هذه الدراسة تكمن في بلوغ الأهداف التالية: -تبيان العلاقات الثورية التي كانت قائمة بين الولايات التاريخية على وجه العموم وحجم وطبيعة العلاقة التي سادت الولايتين الرابعة والسادسة. -الوقوف على مدى تفاعل قادة الولاية الرابعة مع الحاجات الملحة التي كانت تسود الولاية السادسة مثل إعادة التنظيم الثوري بها. -مدى مساهمة الولاية السادسة إلى جانب الولاية الرابعة في القضاء على الحركات المناوئة للثورة. وتحسيد الكفاح المشترك. | ||
