| المستخلص: | مما لاشك فيه أن القيادة ظاهرة اجتماعية، ونشاط إنساني لا يتحقق إلا في ظل أسرة متماسكة لها هدف مشترك ألا هو زرع الثقة في نفس أبنائها ليكونوا الأفضل، ومن أهمية هذا الموضوع أرتا الباحثان التعرف على مدى تمتع الأطفال بهذه الظاهرة والوقوف على مسبباتها ومدى انتشارها في المجتمع، تم توجيه سؤال مفتوح (ملحق ١) إلى مجموعة من معلمات رياض الأطفال، للتعرف على الخصائص القيادية التي من الممكن أن يتمتع بها طفل الروضة. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: ١. الكشف عن مستويات الخصائص القيادية لدى طفل الروضة في ضوء مهارات الخصائص القيادية. ٢. التعرف على الخصائص القيادية لدى أطفال الروضة بعمر (٤-٦) سنوات تكونت العينة من (١٦٠) طفل وطفلة. وتحدد البحث بأطفال الرياض في مدينة بغداد تربية الرصافة الثانية. استخدم في البحث الوسائل الإحصائية بمساعدة الحقيبة الإحصائية SPSS. تضمن البحث توصيات ومقترحات مهمة. أهم النتائج: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات درجات الأطفال بعمر (٤ - ٥) سنوات وعمر (٥ -٦) سنوات ( العينة الكلية) على أداة قياس الخصائص القيادية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05).
