| المستخلص: | هذا بحث جمعت فيه الأحاديث التي زجر فيها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن منهيات، بقوله في حق مقترفيها: ((ليس منا)) أو ((مني))، وقمت بدراستها دراسة حديثية وموضوعية، مبرزا من خلال ذلك معنى هذه العبارة عند علمائنا؛ إذ إن في فهمها فهما صحيحا سلامه لأهل الإسلام من الإفراط والتفريط في الحكم على مقترفي هذه المنهيات الواردة في هذه الأحاديث، وكذلك لما في إظهار شدة زجر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. عن هذه المنهيات من أبلغ الوعظ لمرتكبيها، فتكون سبيا في توبتهم منها وإقلاعهم عنها، ولما في ذلك من تحذير لغيرهم من الوقع فيها؛ رجاء رضوان الله تعالى، والفوز في الدنيا والآخرة، وقد قسمته إلى مبحثين بعد التمهيد الذي بينت فيه معنى هذه العبارة، ومن ثم قسمتهما إلى مطالب، وضمنتها مقاصد، وأوردت تحت كل واحد منها ما يناسبها من الأحاديث، وذكرت في نهاية كل مقصد منها جملة من أهم ما ترشد إليه هذه الأحاديث التي أوردتها فيه، وختمت البحث بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج، والتوصيات لهذا البحث. This research aims to collect the traditions of the prohibitions that the prophet (peace be upon him) reprimanded their perpetrators for by saying they are «none of us» or «none of me», and I studied this phrase by hadith objective study highlighting what it does mean to our scholars, as its proper understanding protects Muslims from the exaggeration or negligence of the judgement on the perpetrators of these prohibitions which are narrated in such traditions. Also, what the prophet shows of the reprimand for committing these prohibitions is the best deterrent for their perpetrators then the reason of avoiding and repenting of them. After the introduction which explains the meaing of the phrase, I divided the research into two chapters then sections which include subheadings, I mentioned the hadiths related to each subheading with what these hadiths indicate to. In the end, I concluded the research with the most important findings and recommendations. May Allah be pleased and grant me success in life and afterlife. |
