| المستخلص: | الابتكار يقاس به مدى تخلف وتقدم الدول، وأصبحت حماية هذه الابتكارات بقواعد الملكية الفكرية ضرورة ملحة، وتعد حافزا يشجع الإنسان على الابتكار والإبداع، وتقوية الحماية تدفع عجلة التجارة، الدولية إلى الأمام حينما توفر مناخا مستقرا من أجل تبادل منتجات الملكية الفكرية، وان هذه الابتكارات هي نتاج الفكر الإنساني وهي خاصة بالمبتكر وحده دون غيره مما أدى اللي الاعتراف به وحمايته تحت مظلة الملكية الفكرية من خلال قواعد قانونية صارمة تنظم هذه الملكية وتحميها ومن ثم تقرر الحقوق والضمانات لأصحابها. Innovation is measured by the backwardness and progress of countries, and protecting these innovations by intellectual property rules has become an urgent necessity, and is a catalyst that encourages people to innovate and create, and strengthening protection pushes the wheel of international trade forward when it provides a stable environment for the exchange of intellectual property products, and that these innovations are a product. Human thought, which is unique to the innovator alone, which led to its recognition and protection under the umbrella of intellectual property through strict legal rules that regulate and protect this property, and then determine the rights and guarantees for its owners. |
