| المستخلص: | سعى البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعات المصرية على ضوء خبرات بعض الدول، وذلك من خلال: التعرف على الإطار الفكري للمسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعات، وإبراز جهود بعض الجامعات المصرية في مجال المسئولية الاجتماعية، وتحديد معوقات تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية في الجامعات، مع الاهتمام بالوقوف على الخبرات الدولية في المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعات، وتحديد أوجه الاستفادة منها في تطوير الواقع الجامعي المصري، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات وتفسيرها باعتباره من أنسب الأساليب لمثل هذه النوعية من البحوث. توصل البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعات المصرية على ضوء خبرات بعض الدول، وقد تمثلت أهم محاور التصور المقترح، فيما يلي: أولا: صياغة تشريعات تلزم الجامعات بتفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية. ثانيا: تبني خطة لتفعيل ممارسات المسئولية الاجتماعية بالجامعات، وتتضمن: 1-مرحلة الصياغة والتخطيط. 2-مرحلة التنفيذ. 3-مرحلة التقييم. ثالثا: تفعيل ممارسات المسئولية الاجتماعية بالجامعات، وذلك من خلال: 1-تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة تجاه أعضاء هيئة التدريس. 2-تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة تجاه الطلاب. 3-تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة تجاه الخريجين. 4-تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة تجاه المجتمع. 5-تفعيل المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعة تجاه المحافظة على البيئة. The research aims to submit a proposal for Activating the social responsibility of Egyptian universities in light of the experiences of some countries, through: recognizing the intellectual framework of the social responsibility of universities, highlighting the efforts of some Egyptian universities in the field of social responsibility, identifying obstacles to activate social responsibility in universities, presentation of international experiences in the social responsibility of universities, and identifying the benefits of them in the development of the Egyptian university. The research relies on the descriptive approach for information collection and interpretation as one of the most appropriate methods for such research. The research aims to present a proposal for activating the social responsibility of the Egyptian universities in light of the experiences of some countries. The main axes of the proposal are: First: Drafting legislations oblige universities to activate social responsibility. Second: Adopting a plan to activate social responsibility practices in Universities, including: 1. Drafting and planning stage. 2. Implementation stage. 3. Evaluation stage. Third: Activating social responsibility practices in universities through; 1) Activate the social responsibility of the university towards faculty members. 2) Activating the social responsibility of the university towards the students. 3) Activating the social responsibility of the university towards graduates. 4) Activating the social responsibility of the university towards society. 5) Activating the social responsibility of the university towards the preservation of the environment. |
