المستخلص:The study aimed to develop leadership for managers of high school roles in the Republic of Yemen, adopted a researcher in this study descriptive approach, as a scientific methods to gather information, the researcher also used the questionnaire as a tool for field study, reached the study sample (770) individuals and by (05%) almost The study population of (15393) persons approx. The field study concluded that there are views of the study sample agreement on the importance of leadership for managers of high school to their areas of different roles. The results also indicated that there is a difference in the views of the workers in secondary schools about the importance of leadership roles areas of the tool depending on the type of school (public, private), and that was the differences in favor of private schools in all those areas, while the differences did not appear in the views of respondents depending on the variable gender (male and female) and function on the importance of leadership for managers of high school roles and the areas of the whole tool. One of the main recommendations of the study: the need to prepare seminars and workshops for directors of secondary schools in the Republic of Yemen to the definition of these roles. And the preparation of a comprehensive and ongoing training programs in the areas of leadership to identify ways to exercise that leadership roles developed for managers of high school first, then secondly teachers to introduce them to the importance of the exercise of these roles and usefulness.
