| المستخلص: | يسعي البحث للوقوف على الحروف في اللغة العربية واستقصائها وتعريفها وكلام العلماء القدامى فيها، وكذلك وصف ما جاء من معانيها في القرآن والسنة، وكيفية تغير معناها بالنسبة للسياق الذي ترد فيه، ومن ثم تطرق البحث لبيان أقسام الحروف، وبين أن هناك حروف تختص بالأسماء وحروف أخري مختصة بالأفعال، وقسم ثالث مشترك بينهما. بعد ذلك توجه البحث للنظر في اتجاهات العلماء نحو إن كان معني الحرف بنفسه أم بغيره، وقد استعرض البحث الاتجاهات الثلاثة وحجج العلماء فيها، وأيضا تم استعراض جهود ابن جني فيها، وفي الأخير استعرضت أهم المؤلفات والمصنفات في الحروف. This research aims to examine the prepositions in the Arabic language, survey them, and provide definitions for them based on the explications of earlier scholars and linguists. It also endeavors to describe their meanings in accordance with the Holy Qur'an and the Sunna (Prophet's traditions) and tracks the modifications that occurred to their meanings compared to their lexical contexts. Therefore, the research has to delve into an exploration of the categorization of prepositions to elucidate that there are certain preposition that are particularly related to the nouns, others that are closely related to verbs, and a third category that can be used with both of them. After this, the research explores the scholars' attitudes concerning the dependability of the of the meaning of the prepositions whether they have independent meaning shows the three different views in this field and the arguments held by the supporters of each of them. It also focuses on the efforts that were exerted by Ibn Jinny in explaining these prepositions. Finally, the research lists the most significant books and references that discuss prepositions. |
