| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين قدرات المعلمة ذات الذكاء الناجح على الموهبة التحليلية للأطفال في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 10 معلمات من رياض الأطفال في مدينة جدة، قسموا إلى مجموعتين؛ مجموعة الأولى (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأعلى في المقياس)، والمجموعة الثانية (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأدنى في المقياس). أما عينة الأطفال فهي مكونة من ٣٠ طفل من أطفال المعلمات في المجموعتين. تم اختيار العينتين بالطريقة القصدية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تم اختبار المعلمات بمقياس التقدير الذاتي للذكاء الناجح، أما الأطفال فقد تم اختبارهم على مرحلتين قبلية وبعدية بالاستعانة بمقياس وكسلر لأطفال ما قبل المدرسة والمرحلة الابتدائية، تمت الاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS لاستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية ودرجات الفروق ومعاملات الارتباط بين قدرات المجموعات. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية قوية بين متوسطات الذكاء الناجح الكلي والقدرات التحليلية والإبداعية والعملية للمجموعة الأولى (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأعلى في المقياس)، وبين متوسطات المواهب التحليلية لأطفالهن. في المقابل، أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ضعيفة بين متوسطات الذكاء الناجح الكلي والقدرات التحليلية والإبداعية والعملية للمجموعة الثانية (المعلمات ذوات الدرجة الأدنى في المقياس)، وبين متوسطات المواهب التحليلية لأطفالهن. ونتائج الدراسة توضح أثر قدرات معلمة مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة ذات الذكاء الناجح التحليلية والإبداعية والعملية على تطور المواهب التحليلية لأطفالها. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aimed at reveal the relationship between the abilities of a teacher with successful intelligence on the analytical giftedness of preschool children. The study sample consisted of 10 teachers from kindergarten in Jeddah, and they were divided into two groups: The first group is the teachers with the highest score on the scale, and the second group is the teachers with the lowest score on the scale., while the sample of children is composed of 30 children of teachers in the two groups. The two samples were selected by the intentional approach. The study relied on the correlational descriptive approach. The teachers were tested with the Self-Estimate Scale of Successful Intelligence, while the children were tested in two stages, before and after using the Wechsler scale for pre-school and primary school children. The results showed a strong positive correlation between the averages of the total of successful intelligence and the analytical, creative and practical abilities of the first group (teachers with the highest score on the scale), and the averages of the analytical giftedness of their children. On the other hand, the results showed a weak positive correlation between the means of the total of successful intelligence and the analytical, creative and practical abilities of the second group (teachers with the lowest score on the scale), and the averages of the analytical talents of their children. The study recommended to applying special training courses for preschool teachers. The study recommended to develop their successful intelligence and apply it in the development of children's gifts in particular Analytical giftedness. | ||
