| المستخلص: | إذا كان من البديهي أن التنمية الحضرية تؤدي إلى تغيرات اجتماعية، فإن حدوث هذه الأخيرة، يستلزم بالضرورة أيضاً تنمية حضرية، تنعكس على الفرد والمجتمع، وهي نابعة عن تغيرات اجتماعية تسبق هذه التنمية، وتظهر بصورة واضحة في مجتمع محلي، نتيجة معايير مشتركة يتميز بها سكانه. في هذه المقاربة وضعنا تعاريف لكل من: التغير الاجتماعي الذي يطرأ على السكان، خلال فترة زمنية معينة، وكذلك تعاريف للتنمية الحضرية والمجتمع المحلي، كما أبرزنا انعكاس التغير الاجتماعي على الأسرة والفرد، نتيجة تغير وظائف المرأة والرجل. وانعكاس العوامل الخارجية، وأهمها عامل التكنولوجيا على هذه التنمية، وفي الأخير ركزنا على تأثير التغير الاجتماعي على التربية والصحة، من الجانبين البشري والمرفقي. S'il est évident que le développement urbain conduit à des changements sociaux. Ceux-ci impliquent aussi nécessairement un développement urbain qui se reflète sur l’individu et la société, il découle des changements sociaux qui précédent ce développement et se manifeste clairement dans une communauté local, suite à des critères communs qui caractérise sa population. Dans cette approche, nous nous élaboré les définitions suivantes: du changement social qui affecte la population au fil du temps, ainsi que des définitions de développement urbain et de la communauté local, ainsi que du reflet du changement social sur la famille et l’individu a la suite du changement des fonctions de la famille et de l’homme, et le reflet de facteurs externes et le plus important étant le facteur technologique sur se développement, et enfin nous nous sommes concentrés sur le reflet du changement social sur l’éducation et la santé, à la fois humaine et compagnon. If it is obvious that urban development leads to social changes, the occurrence of the latter necessarily also requires urban development, which is reflected on the individual and society. It stems from social changes that precede this development and appear clearly in a local community due to common criteria that characterize its residents. In this approach, we set definitions of the social change that occurs to the population during a certain period and definitions of urban development and the local community. We also highlighted the impact of social change on the family and the individual as a result of changing jobs of women and men. And the reflection of external factors, the most important of which is the technology factor, on this development.
