| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى "مستوى إدراك القيادات الادارية في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لمفاهيم إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأهميتها"، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة، وقد تم استخراج معايير الصدق والثبات لأداة الدراسة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع القيادات الإدارية في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في الأردن للعام الدراسي ٢٠٢١/ ٢٠٢٠م، والبالغ عددهم (١٦٠) قائداً إدارياً تبعا للهيكل التنظيمي المعلن بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وتم أخذ (٢٥) منهم عينة لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية ومن ثم اعتبر أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الباقون وعددهم (١٣٥) عينة للدراسة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى إدراك القيادات الإدارية في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لمفاهيم إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأهميتها جاء مرتفعا، حيث جاء مجال "التحسن المستمر" في المرتبة الأولى بمستوى مرتفع يليه في الترتيب الثاني مجال "تجنب وقوع الأخطاء"، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة ضرورة الاهتمام بالاستراتيجية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، والاهتمام بتدريب العاملين وتأهيلهم والعمل على رفع مستواهم العلمي والمهني بما يفي باحتياجات سوق العمل المتغيرة باستمرار. This study aimed to identify "the level of awareness of the administrative leaders in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the concepts of total quality management and its importance". To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method by developing a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample. The researcher checked the validity and reliability of the study tool. The sample of the study consisted of all administrative leaderships in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Jordan for the academic year 2020/ 2021, consisting of (160) administrative leaders according to the organizational structure announced in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and (25) of them were chosen as a sample to conduct the survey study and then the remaining (135) study population were considered a sample for the study. The results of the study showed that the level of awareness of the administrative leaders in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the concepts of total quality management and its importance was high, where "continuous improvement" variable got ranked first with a high level followed by "avoiding mistakes" variable. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of paying attention to the strategy of total quality management in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and attention to training and qualification of workers and work to raise their scientific and professional level to meet the needs of the constantly changing labor market. |
