| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى كلا من التنافر المعرفي وفاعلية الذات والطموح المهني لدى المرشدون التربويون والكشف عن العلاقة بين هذه المتغيرات. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٧٤) مرشدا ومرشدة من العاملين في مدارس مديريات محافظة إربد. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحثان مقياس التنافر المعرفي ومقياس فاعلية الذات ومقياس الطموح المهني. وبعد استخراج صدقهما وثباتهما تم تطبيقهما على عينة الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التنافر المعرفي على المقياس ككل لدى المرشدين التربويين كان متوسطا، ومستوى كل من فاعلية الذات والطموح المهني على المقياس مرتفعا، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتوسطات الحسابية للتنافر المعرفي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى للمستوى التعليمي وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يوصي الباحثان إلى إجراء المزيد من الدراسات المسحية والنوعية والتجريبية المتعلقة بمفهوم الذات المهني على متغيرات أخرى وذلك لقلة الدراسات التي تناولته. The study aimed to reveal the level of both cognitive dissonance, self-efficacy and professional ambition aspiration of educational counselors, and to find out the relationship to these variables. The sample of the study consisted of (174) counselors working in schools in Directorate Irbid Governorate. To achieve the objectives of this study; three scales were developed: a scale of cognitive dissonance, self-efficacy, and professional ambition after insured the scales' validity and reliability, they were applied to the study sample while using the descriptive-correlational approach. The results of the study showed that the level of cognitive dissonance on the scale for educational counselors was moderate. While the level of both self-efficacy and professional ambition aspiration on the scale was high. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the arithmetic mean for cognitive dissonance due to the gender variable in favor of males, and no statistically significant differences due to the educational level. In light of these results, the researchers recommends Conducting more survey, qualitative, and experimental studies related to the concept of professional self on other variables, due to the lack of studies that dealt with it. |
