| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم البحث العلمي وأهميته ودور الدوريات العلمية الإلكترونية في تطوير البحث العلمي وكذا أهميتها ومميزاتها والتحديات التي تواجهها، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المكتبي الوصفي اعتمادا على جمع المعلومات العلمية من مصادر مختلفة مكتبية وغير مكتبية تشمل رسائل علمية وأبحاث منشورة وغير منشورة ومقالات ودوريات ومجلات وكذلك كتب علمية متصلة بموضوع الدراسة، ثم تحليلها لمعرفة دور الدوريات العلمية في تطوير البحث العلمي، ومعرفة التحديات التي تواجه ذلك الدور، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي تسهم في تفعيل دور الدوريات العلمية في تطوير البحث العلمي أبرزها تقديم الدعم والمخصصات المادية والمعنوية لتفعيل الدوريات العلمية الإلكترونية العاملة وإنشاء دوريات علمية إلكترونية جديدة ذات جودة وسمعة ومرونة عالية المستوى للتسهيل على الباحثين العرب في الحصول على المعلومات المقدمة من نظرائهم حول العالم في الوقت المناسب. The study aims to identify the concept of scientific research and its importance and the role of electronic scientific periodicals in developing scientific research. The importance, advantages and challenges facing the electronic scientific periodicals are also discussed. The study used the descriptive desktop approach which based on collecting scientific information from various library and non-library sources, including scientific thesis and Ph.D. dissertations, published and unpublished researches, articles, and periodicals as well as scientific books related to the subject of the study. The collected information is analyzed to know the role of scientific periodical journals in developing the scientific research, and identifying the challenges facing that role. The study reached a set of recommendations that contribute to activating the role of the scientific periodical journals in the development of scientific research. The most notably recommendations are to provide financial and non-financial moral support to reactivate the role of the scientific periodical journals and to establish new electronic scientific periodicals of high quality, reputation and flexibility to facilitate Arab researchers and Scholars in obtaining the information provided by their counterparts around the world at the appropriate time. |
