| المستخلص: | The fundamental objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of Algerian monetary policy in reducing the rate of inflation. The econometric study covers the period from 1990 to 2017. The results show that there is a weak capacity of monetary policy in terms of inflation control in Algeria, because the reasons are not only monetary but structurally. L’objectif fondamental de cet étude est d’examiner l’efficacité de la politique monétaire algérienne dans la réduction du taux d’inflation. L’étude économétrique couvre la période de 1990 jusqu’à 2017. Les résultats montrent qu’il y a une faible capacité de la politique monétaire en matière du contrôle d'inflation en Algérie, car les raisons en sont non seulement monétaires mais structurellement. |
