المستخلص:Entrepreneurship in Islam is part of economic jihad and a major catalyst for the well -being of Muslims. This can be assessed based on the history of Islam, starting from Siti Khadijah RA’s business, the companions’ boisterous trades, as well as the charity practice that assists in the spread of Islam. Hadiths, associated to the field of entrepreneurship, not only highlight the encouragements, but also define the characteristics of entrepreneurs, as well as their roles. The thematic analysis of hadiths in this study was a representation of encouragements for the Muslims to venture into the field of entrepreneurship. Therefore, researchers utilised a systematic literature review method as it was deemed suitable in analyzing hadiths and fulfilling the objectives of the study. Through this method, the study discovered five (5) hadiths that meet the objectives of the study while the status of hadith consists of three (3) ṣahīh, one (1) ḥasan, and one (1) ḍa‘īf. Evidently, entrepreneurial encouragements are manifested in hadiths and have transpired through the analysis in this study. Henceforth, Islam encourages its followers to strive into this field, but its implementation must be based on Islamic law by the practices of abandoning prohibitions and carrying out commands. The implications of entrepreneurship that complies with the Islamic law will escalate the paradigm shift in Islamic business culture. Certainly, by adopting the Islamic business culture, huge and positive impacts will be reaped for the economic progress of the ummah.

Keusahawanan merupakan sebahagian daripada jihad ekonomi serta pemangkin utama dalam perkembangan kesejahteraan umat Islam. Hal ini dapat dinilai berdasarkan sejarah perkembangan Islam, bermula dari perniagaan Siti Khadījah RA dan kehebatan perdagangan para sahabat serta amalan infak demi penyebaran agama Islam. Terdapat hadis yang menyentuh bidang keusahawanan, sama ada daripada galakan, ciri-ciri dan peranan usahawan. Hadis-hadis ini dilihat berharga sebagai dorongan umat Islam untuk menceburi bidang keusahawanan. Oleh itu, pengkaji menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur sistematik (systematic literature review) dalam menganalisis hadis tematik berkaitan galakan menceburi bidang keusahawanan dalam kalangan umat Islam. Berdasarkan kaedah tinajaun literatur sistematik (systematic literature review), kajian mendapati lima (5) hadis yang menepati objektif kajian manakala status hadis terdiri daripada tiga (3) hadis ṣaḥīḥ, satu (1) hadis ḥasan, dan satu (1) hadis ḍa‘īf. Islam menggalakkan pengikutnya menceburi bidang ini namun perlaksanaannya hendaklah berlandaskan syariat Islam dengan meninggalkan larangan dan melaksanakan suruhan. Implikasi daripada keusahawanan yang menepati syariat Islam akan melahirkan anjakan paradigma dalam budaya perniagaan Islam. Semestinya dengan mengamalkan budaya perniagaan Islam, akan memberi impak besar dan positif terhadap kemajuan ekonomi ummah.
