| المستخلص: | الحمد لله رب العالمين، الصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين. أما بعد؛ فان هذا البحث هو دراسة لقادح من قوادح العلة، والذي يعرف عند جمهور الأصوليين بـــ (عدم التأثير) ومعناه-عدم المناسبة. وذلك؛ لأن العلة في باب القياس لا بد فيها من دليل صحة وشروط صحة حتى يصح إجراء القياس الصحيح استنادا إلى صحتها. وكان البحث في مبحثين وأربعة مطالب وخاتمة، فالمبحث الأول-كان في مطلبين، ففي المطلب الأول -ذكرت تعريف عدم التأثير لغة واصطلاحا، وفي المطلب الثاني-ذكرت شروطه بالتفصيل. والمبحث الثاني، كان فيه مطلبان-المطلب الأول -ذكرت فيه أقسام عدم التأثير مع مثال لكل قسم منه، وفي المطلب الثاني-ذكرت كيفية الإجابة عن كل قسم من هذه الأقسام. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers. This study is one of the deflectors of the cause, which is known by the majority of fundamentalists as (non-influence) and its meaning - lack of appropriate. This is because the problem in the section on measurement is necessary for evidence of validity and clear conditions in order for a correct measurement to be made based on its validity. The research was in two sections, four demands and a conclusion. The first one was in two demands: In the first requirement, -1 mentioned the definition of “non-influence” linguistically and convention, the second requirement is - its conditions were mentioned in detail. In the second part there were two demands - the first one - in which the sections of non-influence were mentioned with examples for each section in it, and in the second one - I mentioned how to answer each of these sections. |
