| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى رضا معلمي الحاسوب عن تحصيل الطلبة في مبحث الحاسوب في مرحلة التعلم عن بعد ٢٠٢٠- ٢٠٢١ في ظل جائحة كورونا في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية ضمن مديرية تربية الكرك. حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (٩٤) معلما ومعلمة من مديرية منطقة الكرك وهي كامل مجتمع الدراسة، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين حسب الجنس تكونت من (39) معلما و (55) معلمة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة مكونه من (٢٤) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة، أن رضا معلمي الحاسوب عن تحصيل الطلبة في مرحلة التعلم عن بعد بلغ بالمتوسط (3.11) في حين بلغت نتائج مجالات الاستبانة الثلاث الدعم الفني المقدم والمحتوى التعليمي الإلكتروني لمبحث الحاسوب وجدوى التدريس (عن بعد) (٢,٩٣) (٢,٨١) (٣,٦٠) على التوالي. حيث تراوحت بين المتوسط والمرتفع وأوصت الدراسة وزارة التربية والتعلم بدمج عملية التعلم عن بعد بالتعلم الوجاهي ليصبح تعلما متمازجا في جميع مدارس المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. This study aimed to find out the extent of computer teachers 'satisfaction with students' achievement in the computer study in the distance education stage 2020-2021 in light of the Corona pandemic in the Jordanian Ministry of Education within the Directorate of Education in Karak. The sample of the study consisted of (94) male and female teachers from the Karak District Directorate, which is the entire population of the study. They were divided into two groups according to gender, consisting of (39) teachers and (55) teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (24) items was constructed, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that computer teachers ’satisfaction with students’ achievement in the distance learning stage reached an average of (3.11), while the results of the three questionnaire areas reached the technical support provided, the electronic educational content for computer research, and the feasibility of teaching (remotely) (2.93) (2.81) (3.60), respectively. Where it ranged between medium and high and the study recommended the Ministry of Education to integrate the process of distance learning with face learning to become blended learning in all schools of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. |
