| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر نظم دعم القرار في تحسين قرارات الاستثمار في أموال المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية الكويتية. واعتمد الباحثون على عينه من العاملين في قطاع الاستثمار في المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية الكويتية بلغ حجمها (٧٥) مستجيباً، واستخدم تحليل أسلوب الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي، وظهرت النتائج أن استجابات عينة الدراسة كانت مرتفعة، وتبين أن نظم دعم القرار تسهم في اكساب الأفراد معارف جديدة وتساعد في توفير الموارد البشرية لإجراء عملية التحديث والتطوير وفي إحداث التغييرات المقصودة في اتجاهات الأفراد واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لاتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار بأموال المؤسسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى انه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمكونات نطم دعم القرار في تحسين عملية اتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار في أموا ل المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية الكويتية. وأوصت الدراسة باستمرار المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية الكويتية بتطبيق نظم دعم القرار، والعمل على توفير مكوناتها وإرساء ثقافة تنظيمية تتوافق مع طبيعة نظم دعم القرار لدى المؤسسة لتكون سمة من سمات ثقافتها التنظيمية. This article aims to identify the impact of decision support systems in improving investment decisions in the funds of Kuwaiti Public Institution for Social Security. The researchers relied on a sample of workers in the investment sector in the Kuwaiti Public Institution for Social Security, which consists of (75) respondents. The researchers used a number of descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The results of the study show that the responses of the study sample were high. It was found that decision support systems contribute in providing individuals with new knowledge and help in providing human resources to carry out the process of modernization and development, in bringing about the intended changes in the trends of individuals and taking the necessary measures to make investment decisions with the institution’s funds. It also is found that there is a statistically significant effect of the components of decision support systems in improving the investment decision-making process in the funds of the Kuwaiti Public Institution for Social Security. The study recommends that the Public Institution for Social Security of Kuwait should continue implementing decision support systems. The impact of these systems is clear on improving investment decisions in the institution’s funds, establishing an organizational culture consistent with the nature of the institution’s decision support systems. |
