| المستخلص: | تعد دراسة ظاهرة الطلاق في المجتمع العراقي بعد 9 / 4 / 2003 من الدراسات الرائدة في مجال هو من أخطر المجالات التي يعاني منها المجتمع العراقي حاليا بالنظر إلى الزيادة الفائقة في عدد حالات الطلاق، تأتي هذه الدراسة في سياق توفير الحلول المناسبة لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة فيما انتجته من نتائج وتوصيات. تضمن البحث المرسوم (ظاهرة الطلاق في المجتمع العراقي بعد 9/4/2003) العديد من المباحث، فضلا عن بقية أجزاء البحث التي تمثلت باختيار العنوان ثم الآية الكريمة ثم الإهداء والشكر والتقدير، من بعد ذلك مقدمة مناسبة ثم تحديد أهداف البحث ثم مشكلة البحث ومنهجيته. احتوى المبحث الأول تحديد المفاهيم الأساسية الواردة في البحث والتي تضمنت الطلاق ثم الطلاق المبكر ثم الزواج المبكر ثم المجتمع العراقي، في حين احتوى المبحث الثاني على الدراسات العراقية ثم الدراسات العربية ثم الأجنبية السابقة، واحتوى المبحث الثالث وضع ظاهرة الطلاق في بعض الحضارات القديمة ومن ثم ظاهرة الطلاق في بعض الأديان السماوية مثل الديانة الإسلامية والمسيحية والديانة اليهودية، وتناول المبحث الرابع أسباب ونتائج وتأثيرات الطلاق، أما المبحث الخامس فقد تضمن العوامل الاجتماعية الخاصة بالطلاق في المجتمع العراقي وإحصاءات وبيانات حول الطلاق في بعض المحافظات العراقية وتحليلها ثم القوانين الخاصة بالطلاق في القانون العراقي ومن ثم وضع المطلقات في ضل سيطرة داعش على بعض المحافظات العراقية، وأخيرا النتائج والتوصيات الخاصة بالبحث، تلي ذلك مختصر للبحث باللغة الإنجليزية والمصادر التي وردت بالبحث. أتمني أن تضاف هذه الدراسة إلى الرصيد الثقافي والعلمي في سياق معالجة حالات الطلاق المتواجدة في العراق حاليا. The study of the phenomenon of divorce in Iraqi society after 9/4/2003 is one of the leading studies in one of the most dangerous areas that Iraqi society is currently experiencing, given the huge increase in the number of divorces, this study comes in the succession of providing appropriate solutions to this serious phenomenon. Produced from the findings and recommendations. The research tagged (the phenomenon of divorce in Iraqi society after 9/4/2003) included many detective, as well as the rest of the research, which was the selection of the title and then the Quranic Ayah, and then dedication and thanks and appreciation, then an appropriate introduction, then determine the objectives of the research, Then the problem of research and methodology. The first section contains the definition of the basic concepts contained which included divorce and then early divorce and then early marriage and then Iraqi society, while the second section contains Iraqi studies and previous foreign studies, The third section contains the status of the divorce phenomenon in some ancient civilizations and then the phenomenon of divorce in some heavenly religions, such as Islam, Christianity and Judaism. The fourth section discussed the causes, consequences and effects of divorce in Iraqi society. The fifth section includes the social factors related to divorce in Iraqi society and statistics and data on divorce in some Iraqi provinces, and Analyze the divorce laws in the law. then discuss the conditions of life of divorced women under ISIS control of some Iraqi provinces Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the research, followed by a brief in English and the sources on which the research was based. I hope that this study will be added to the cultural and scientific balance in dealing with divorces in Iraq at the present time. |
