| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك المشرفين التربويين للمهارات الإشراقية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظرهم. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. بلغت عينة الدراسة (251) مشرفا ومشرفة، منهم (147) مشرفا و(104) مشرفة. تم تطوير استبانة كأداة للدراسة مكونة من (6) مجالات و(48) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك المشرفين التربويين للمهارات الإشراقية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظرهم جاءت مرتفعة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ≤ 0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة امتلاك المشرفين التربويين للمهارات الاشرافية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في العاصمة عمان تعزى لمتغير الجنس. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 a ≤) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة امتلاك المشرفين التربويين للمهارات الإشراقية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في العاصمة عمان تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح ذوي المؤهل العلمي الأعلى (دراسات عليا). وأوصت الباحثة ضرورة تدريب المشرفين التربويين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس، وبكالوريوس+ دبلوم) على المهارات الإشراقية. The study aimed to know degree of the educational supervisors’ acquisition of the supervisory skills in directorates of education in the Capital Amman from their point of view, The study used the descriptive survey method, study sample reached (251) male and female supervisors, (147) males supervisors and (104) females supervisors, a questionnaire has been developed as the study’s instrument which consisted of six fields and (48) clauses, Results of the study showed that degree of the educational supervisors of the supervisory skills in directorate of education in the Capital Amman from their point of view came high, and the absence of differences with statistically significance at significance level (a<0.05) between the means of the educational supervisors degree of acquisition of the supervisory skills in directorate of education in the Capital Amman attribute to gender variables, and the presence of difference of with statistically significance at significance level (a<0.05)between the means of educational supervisors degree of acquisition of the supervisory skills in directorate of education in the Capital Amman attribute to the scientific qualification attribute to the scientific qualification and in favor of those who hold the higher scientific qualification (Graduate Studies). The researcher recommended the necessity for training the educational supervisors who hold the scientific qualification (Bachelor and Bachelor+ Diploma) on the supervisory skills. |
