| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي التربية الإسلامية نحو التعليم بالتناوب والمعوقات التي تواجههم في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرهم، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (190) معلما ومعلمة من العاملين في المدارس الحكومية في قصبة عمان، وبلغت عينة الدراسة من (81) معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع استخدام معلمي التربية الإسلامية للتعليم المتناوب جاء بالمستوى الإيجابي وبدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.54)، وجاءت المعوقات التي تواجه معلمي التربية الإسلامية في استخدام استراتيجية التعليم المتناوب بدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.82). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات وورشات عمل للمعلمين والطلبة على حد سواء، تنمي اتجاهاتهم نحو استخدام استراتيجية التعليم بالتناوب بشكل دائم ومستمر حتى بعد انتهاء جائحة كورونا، وتدريبهم على طرق استخدامه، والاهتمام بالأنشطة والبرمجيات المختلفة وتطويرها وتحديثها، لتشمل جميع المدارس، وربط جميع المدارس بالإنترنت وتوفير أجهزة الحاسب الآلي بما يتناسب مع عدد الطلبة في المدارس، وتعديل مناهج التربية الإسلامية ليتوافق تطبيقه باستخدام التعليم بالتناوب، وتذويب كافة المعوقات نحو استخدام التعليم بالتناوب، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات التربوية حول استخدام استراتيجية التعليم بالتناوب وذلك لعدم وجود دراسات بهذا الموضوع حسب علم الباحثة. The study aims to identify the trends of Islamic education teachers towards rotational education and the obstacles facing them in light of the Coronavirus pandemic from their point of view. The study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach. The study community is made up of 190 teachers (male and female) working in public schools in Kasbah of Amman. The study sample consisted of 81 teachers (male and female) who were selected randomly. The study results showed that the fact that Islamic education teachers used rotational (model of) education came at a positive level, with a high degree and an arithmetic mean of (3.54). The obstacles facing Islamic education teachers in using the rotational education strategy came with a high degree and an arithmetic average of (3.82). The study recommended the need to hold courses and workshops for teachers and students alike, develop their tendencies towards using the rotational education strategy on a permanent and continuous basis even after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, train them on how to use it, and consider, develop, and update various activities and programs in order to include all schools. It also recommended connecting all schools to the Internet and providing computers in proportion to the number of students in schools, amending the curricula of Islamic education so that its application could match with the use of rotational education, and remove all obstacles towards the use of rotational education. The study further recommended conducting more educational studies on the use of the strategy of rotational education because there are no studies on this subject according to the researcher's knowledge.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
