المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكلفة الشمول المالي على الربحية في البنوك الفلسطينية خلال الفترة (٢٠١٠ -٢٠١٩). من خلال التعرف على مفهوم الشمول المالي وأهميته وأهدافه، والتعرف على واقع الشمول المالي في فلسطين وتأثيره في البنوك الفلسطينية من خلال مؤشرات تمثلت في تكاليف الانتشار المصرفي، تكاليف بطاقات الأتمان، تكاليف الصراف الآلي، تكاليف نقاط البيع، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الربحية وكيفية قياسه. ولقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة وتحليل الجوانب النظرية للدراسة، بالإضافة إلى استخدام نماذج الاقتصاد القياسي وذلك لاختبار صحة فروض الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: رفض فرض العدم الرئيسي الذي ينص على انه لا يوجد تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكلفة الشمول المالي على الربحية بالبنوك. The study aimed to identify the impact of the cost of financial inclusion on the Profitability of Palestinian banks during (2010- 2019), by learning about the concept of financial inclusion, its importance and objectives, and getting to know the reality of financial inclusion in Palestine, as well as its impact on Palestinian banks through indicators represented in the costs of banking spread, credit card costs, ATM costs, point of sale costs. In addition to identifying the concept of Profitability and how Measuring it. The researcher has relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in studying and analyzing the theoretical aspects of the study. Moreover, using econometric models to test the validity of the study hypotheses. In conclusion, the study found the following results: Rejecting the third main null hypothesis, which states that “there is no statistically significant impact of the cost of financial inclusion on the profitability of the banks under study,” and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, as it became clear that there is a positive significant effect of the cost of issuing credit cards on the profitability of the banks under study. |
