| المستخلص: | هدف البحث لتحديد معوقات تطبيق استراتيجية التصنيع المبسط لتحقيق السلامة بشركة خدمات الطيران، وتوصلت النتائج حول تحديد معوقات التطبيق بالشركة بدرجة كبيرة للأبعاد التالية المتمثلة في (الصيانة الشاملة، التحسين المستمر، التخلص من الهدر)، وأنها تضع في اعتبارها حرصها على الاهتمام ببعد الصيانة الشاملة، لتحديد الانحرافات الموجودة بإدارة الصيانة من خلال عدد المركبات المعطلة في كل مرحلة لتحديد الفجوة الفعلى للانحرافات بإدارة الصيانة، وحرصها على تطوير مهارات وقدرات الكوادر الفنية بإدارة الصيانة بالشركة، وتكامل العلاقة بين جميع الإدارات الداخلية بالشركة لتحقيق السلامة والأمان وتفاعل الإنتاجية الخدمية بالتحديث والتطوير لمنظومة العمل، وحرصها على سياسة تخفيض هدر الطاقات البشرية واستغلال قدراتهم، ولاكنها لا تضع في تخطيطها التخلص من هدر وقت انتظار تقديم الخدمة بالقضاء على الازدواجية في التشغيل لتفادى هدر النقل والحركة غير الضرورية، وتجنب هدر الموارد البشرية. كما توصلت النتائج حول (تحقيق السلامة والأمان) بالشركة، إنها تستجيب لجميع الخدمات المطلوبة من شركات الطيران بشكل فوري ومدى استجابها للعمليات الطارئة التي يتم أدراجها بالجدول الزمنى لخطة العمل الشهرية للحالات الطارئة، والتوازن بين الخدمة المتوقعة والمحققة بالفعل لشركات الطيران كما تهتم الشركة بحل المشكلات الطارئة، وانها تلتزم بمواعيد الوصول والإقلاع تجنبا للتأخير ودفع الغرامات، وتحرص على مراقبة العاملين للتأكد من التزامهم باتفاقيات السلامة والأمان في تقديم الخدمات للوقاية من الحوادث وسلامة الطائرات، ولا تتميز الشركة بتوفير الأمن والسلامة من خلال الخدمات المقدمة لشركة الطيران. The aim of the research is to determine the obstacles to the application of the simplified manufacturing strategy to achieve safety in the Aviation Services Company, and the results reached on identifying the obstacles to the application of the company to a large extent for the following dimensions (comprehensive maintenance, continuous improvement, waste disposal), and that it takes into account its keenness to pay attention to the comprehensive maintenance dimension, To determine the deviations in the maintenance department through the number of idle vehicles at each stage to determine the actual gap for the deviations in the maintenance department, and its keenness to develop the skills and capabilities of the technical staff in the maintenance department of the company, and the integration of the relationship between all the internal departments of the company to achieve safety and security and the interaction of service productivity with the modernization and development of the work system, and its keenness The policy of reducing the waste of human energies and the exploitation of their capabilities, but it does not include in its planning the elimination of the waste of time waiting for the provision of service by eliminating duplication of operation to avoid the waste of transport and unnecessary movement, and to avoid the waste of human resources. The results of (achieving safety and security) of the company also reached that it responds to all the services required from the airlines in an immediate manner and the extent of its response to the emergency operations that are included in the schedule of the monthly emergency action plan, and the balance between the expected and already achieved service for airlines, as the company is interested in solving emergency problems And it adheres to the arrival and departure dates to avoid delays and the payment of fines, and is keen to monitor workers to ensure their commitment to safety and security agreements in providing services to prevent accidents and aircraft safety, and the company is not distinguished by providing security and safety through the services provided to the airline. |
