| المستخلص: | This study aims to uncover and analyze the relationship of the military establishment with the political system in Egypt, starting with the declaration of the republican system immediately after independence, as the military establishment continued to play an important role in political life, because despite the political transformations that Egypt witnessed in late 2010, which gave the inpression of the possibiluty of retreat the influence of the army, except that the later did not invit The political scene to civilians. Rather, it became involved in the political process and took over the management of the transitional phase, and even after the élection of Président Mohamed Morsi on the first of July 2012, the army remained an active party in the political scene, until his removal in 2013, to dominate a anew on government and politics In Egypt, thus blocking the path before the forces demanding change. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف وتحليل علاقة المؤسسة العسكرية بالنظام السياسي في مصر ابتداء من إعلان النظام الجمهوري بعد الاستقلال مباشرة، حيث استمرت المؤسسة العسكرية في لعب دور مهم في الحياة السياسية، ذلك أنه رغم التحولات السياسية التي عرفتها مصر أواخر 2010، التي أعطت الانطباع بإمكانية تراجع نفوذ الجيش، إلا أن هذا الأخير لم يدع المشهد السياسي للمدنيين، بل انخرط في العملية السياسية وتولى إدارة المرحلة الانتقالية، وحتى بعد انتخاب الرئيس محمد مرسي في الأول من يوليو 2012، ظل الجيش طرفا فاعلا في المشهد السياسي، إلى أن عزله في 2013، ليهيمن من جديد على الحكم والسياسة في مصر قاطعا بذلك الطريق أمام القوى المطالبة بالتغيير. |
