| 520 | |a تناولت الدراسة حجية الشورى والأمور التي تقع فيها ودورها في تنظيم المجتمع، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في إهمال واحد من أهم المبادئ الإسلامية وعدم تطبيقها في حل المشكلات، مما أدى إلى عدم القدرة على التعامل مع كثير من المشكلات في جميع مجالات الحياة. هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مبدأ الشورى وبيان دوره في المجتمع. تعود أهمية الموضوع إلى الوقوف على غياب العمل بهذا المبدأ، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: ضرورة وجود مجلس للشورى، إن رأي أهل الشورى ملزم لولي الأمر، وأن الشورى من المبادئ الأساسية لحل المشكلات. | ||

The problem of the study was emeraged from the neglect of one of the most important Islamic principle and the failure to apply these principles in solving problems، which they led to the inability to deal with many problems in all aspects of life. The study aim to identify the principle of shura and explain its role in society. The importance of the study was according to the lack of working with these principles. The study used the descriptive and analytical method. The study reached a number of important findings، which are as follow: The necessity for a shura council، moreover the opinion of the people of the shura must be binding matter on the guardian، because shura is considered as one of the basic principle for solving problems. | ||
