| المستخلص: | موضوع الكفر والتكفير يرتبط بعلم العقيدة والكلام وأصول الإيمان والإسلام، وله صلة بعلم الفقه في جانبه التطبيقي وجوانب الفتوى والقضاء، لذلك كان العنوان يجمع بين دلالات اللفظ وضوابط التطبيق، بين المعاني العقدية وصلتها بالفقه والفتوى. وقد تناولت في بحثي ما يتعلق بالتكفير من أسباب وضوابط، وتم التأكيد على أن أخطر الأمور التي تهدد العلاقة بين المسلمين هي إطلاق أوصاف الشرك والكفر على المسلمين، لذلك أبرزت معاني الكفر وخطورة التكفير وضوابط الحكم بالتكفير. The topic of disbelief and takfir is related to the science of faith, the science of religion, the fundamentals of faith and Islam, and it has a link with the science of jurisprudence in terms of its implementation and aspects of fatwa and judiciary. Therefore, the title combines the connotations of pronunciation and application controls, between the jurisprudential meanings and their connection with jurisprudence and fatwa in my research, I dealt with the causes and restrictions of takfir, and it was emphasized that the most dangerous threat to the relationship between Muslims is the description of Muslims as polytheism and disbelief: The research is divided into an introduction and four demands first the meanings of disbelief the second: Types of unbelief outside religion the third condition: warning against disbelief the fourth requirement: the controls of infidelity |
