| المستخلص: | في سياق دولي يتسم بالعولمة والتنافسية والكفاءة الترابية، تحتل مدينة فاس كعاصمة لجهة فاس مكناس موقعا محوريا في جهود التنمية المستدامة على المستوى المحلي ولأجل ذلك استفادت المدينة من عدة برامج ومشاريع استثمارية بهدف تطوير وتعزيز مكانتها كقاطرة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لمجموع منطقة نفوذها، بما في ذلك المناطق المحاذية لها والتي تقيم معها المدينة علاقات اقتصادية واجتماعية قوية. لكن، وعلى الرغم من أهمية البرامج ولاستثمارات التي استفادت منها فاس كعاصمة للجهة، لا تزالت الفوارق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين المدينة ومحيطها دو الطابع القروي قائمة لحد الساعة. في حين تعد الدراسات الجغرافية التي تهتم في إبراز عوامل ومظاهر الفوارق من هذا النوع نادرة جدا. في هذا الصدد، ستساهم هذه المساهمة في شرح وتسليط الضوء على العوامل ومظاهر الفوارق المحلية، ويعده تصور أسس التنمية الإقليمية المستدامة لمدينة فاس بتكامل مع المناطق المحيطة بها. In an international context marked by globalization, competitiveness and territorial efficiency, the city of Fez in morocco occupies a position of choice in the efforts of local development and sustainable development. Indeed, the city has benefited from several development and development programs and projects aimed at consolidating its geo-economic position as a locomotive for the development of its area of influence, notably the riverside areas with which it maintains strong economic relations, Social and spatial. Nevertheless, despite the importance of Fez's development and development programs, the socioterritorial disparities between the city and its rural hinterland still persist. Especially since studies on the processes involved in the formation of these disparities are rare. Indeed, far from seeking exhaustiveness, this article contributes to the will to explain and highlight the factors of local disparities, and subsequently to test the imperatives of a sustainable spatial development of the city Of Fez with its peripheral space. Dans un contexte international marqué par la mondialisation, la compétitivité et I efficacité territoriale, la ville de Fès occupe une situation de choix dans les efforts d'aménagement et de développement durable local. En effet, la ville a bénéficié de plusieurs programmes et projets d'aménagement et de développement visant la consolidation de sa position géoéconomique entant que locomotive de développement de son aire d'influence, notamment les espaces riverains avec les quelles elle entretient de fortes relations économiques, sociales et spatiales. Néanmoins, en dépit de l'importance des programmes d'aménagement et de développement dont a bénéficié Fès, les des disparités socio-territoriales entre la ville et son arrière-pays à caractère rural persistent encore. D'autant que les études sur les processus en cause dans la formation de ces disparités sont rares. En effet, loin de rechercher l'exhaustivité, cet article contribue à la volonté d'expliciter et de mettre en exergue les facteurs des disparités locales, et d'éprouver, par la suite, les impératifs d un développement territorial durable de la ville de Fès avec son espace périphérique. |
