| 520 | |a إن الدراسات الرياضية المعتمدة على أسس علمية وتقنيات متطورة في تصميم الاختبارات ونتائجها وتحليلها واستخدام أجهزة متطورة في القياس وابتكار أجهزة تلائم متطلبات البحث العلمي والمشكلة المدروسة للحصول على نتائج موضوعية في إعطاء التشخيص الصحيح لمستويات الأداء في اتخاذ القرار، ومن خلال خبرة الباحث كونة حكم مساعد درجة أولى في الاتحاد العراقي المركزي لكرة القدم لاحظ أن الاختبارات النظرية (video test) و(offside test) التي تخص حالات اللعب والتسلل قد تكون في ظروف مريحه وتستغرق وقت طويل ولا يكون تحت تأثير أي عبء الذي يتشكل من خلال كثرة المثيرات داخل الساحة والتي يتحتم على الحكم متابعتها وإدراكها ومن ثم اتخاذ القرار الأنسب من بين مجموعة قرارات تتعلق بالمواقف المعروضة وهدف البحث التصميم وتطبيق اختبارات محوسبه لقياس دقة اتخاذ القرار تحت تأثير العبء الإدراكي في القانون والتسلل لدى حكام كرة القدم المساعدين الدرجة الأولى، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة حيث تمثل مجتمع البحث بالحكام المساعدين الدرجة الأولى في المحافظات الجنوبية والفرات الأوسط، والبالغ عددهم (89) حكما مساعدا درجة أولى، وقد تم تقسيم العينة بطريقة القرعة 16 حكما مساعدا اشتركوا في التجربة الاستطلاعية 43 حكما مساعدا كعينة للبناء والتقنين 30 حكما مساعدا كعينة للتطبيق وقد استنتج الباحثان أن للبرنامج المحوسب المصمم له القدرة على قياس دقة اتخاذ القرار (القانون - التسلل) للحكام المساعدين الدرجة الأولى بكرة القدم. أما اهم التوصيات فقد تجلت أهمها بأجراء دراسات مختلفة ووضع اختبارات جديدة لقياس عملية اتخاذ القرار للحكام المساعدين. | ||

The researchers concluded that the designed computer program has the ability to measure the accuracy of decision-making (law - offside) for first-class football assistants. As for the most important recommendations, the most important of which were manifested by conducting various studies and developing new tests to measure the decision-making process for assistant referees. | ||
