| المستخلص: | هدفت الورقة إلى تحويل البرلمان التقليدي إلى برلمان إلكتروني إذ تحول كل أنشطته الداخلية عبر شبكة الإنترنت لكي تكون متاحة لكل أفراد المجتمع حيث يمكن لأفراد المجتمع التفاعل مع البرلمان عبر الموقع إذ يمكن رفع شكاوى وملاحظات ومعرفة مضابط الجلسات ومعرفة القوانين المجازة والتصويت ومعرفة من يمثلهم في المجلس ومعرفة اللجان المكونة للمجلس بالإضافة إلى معرفة أخبار المجلس أولاً بأول. إذ تم تصميم موقع إلكتروني بصورة سهلة ومرنة حتى يمكن المتعاملين مع المجلس من أعضاء وأفراد مجتمع التعامل معه بكل سهولة ويسر. وبعد رفع الموقع على شبكة الإنترنت توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج عبر تفاعل الجمهور معها وهي على سبيل المثال تضيف نوعاً من الشفافة ومعرفة ما يدور داخل أروقة المجلس ومعرفة المواطنين من يمثلهم داخل البرلمان ومعرفة القوانين التي تمت إجازتها. ومن التوصيات إعداد الجمهور إلكترونياً حتى يتعامل مع هذه التقنيات وتمليك أعضاء المجالس التشريعية أجهزة محمولة. The aim of this paper is to transform the traditional parliament to an electronic parliament as turning all internal activities through the Internet in order to be available to all members of the community, where community members can interact with Parliament through the website, and can raise complaints, observations and knowledge of the meetings and knowing approved laws, to vote and to know their representatives in the Council and find out consisting of the Board committees as well as to know the news of the Council’s first go. As was the design of a website in an easy and flexible so customers can with the council members and members to deal with it with ease community, after the lifting of the web site reached a set of results through interaction with the audience which is, for example, adds a kind of transparent and find out what is going on inside the corridors of the Council and the citizens know their representatives in parliament and knowledge of the laws that has vacationed, among the recommendations to prepare the public electronically even deal with these techniques and ownership of members of the legislative assemblies portable devices. |
