| المستخلص: | حسب المؤرخ الاقتصادي الأمريكي (شالدنر) لا توجد محولات حقيقة ذات قيمة علمية تاريخية من مؤرخ أو باحث لكتابة تاريخ تطور المؤسسة أو التدبير الداخلي، وما كتب عنها انحصر في مجال تاريخ المقاولون أنفسهم، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تعدد زوايا الطرح والتفسير حول مفهوم المؤسسة، وحركية تطورها التاريخية وجوانب التناول في دراستها. ولقد أدت السيرورة التاريخية بالمؤسسة لان تغير الكثير من المفاهيم والمصطلحات المرتبطة بها، وتماهت محاولات التنظير فيها لان تغير نمط المؤسسة من حيث الهيكلة والأهداف وجدلية (الفرد / البناء)، الأمر الذي تغيرت معه أيضا الأطر النظرية والمنهجية المعالجة... وانتقلنا تحصيلا لذلك من سوسيولوجيا العمل إلى سوسيولوجيا المؤسسة، أين أصبحت المؤسسة اليوم تشكل نظاما اجتماعيا جديدا يختلف من حيث الشكل والأهداف عن التنظيمات الاجتماعية التي كانت قائمة، حيث انتهت لان تكون منتجة لبناء اجتماعي له هويته الخاصة. ودراستنا هي محاولة سوسيو-تاريخية لفهم تطور المؤسسة وتغير شكلها، وارتباطه بتغير النظرية السوسيولوجية من خلال خلق توليفة يتكامل فيها التاريخي والسوسيولوجي انطلاقا من تحديد المفاهيم اللغوية والإجرائية للمؤسسة. So we went from the sociology of work to the sociology of the enterprise, where the enterprise today is a new social system different in form and objectives from the social organizations that existed, where it ended up being productive social construction of its own identity. Our study is a socio-historical attempt to understand the evolution of the enterprise and its change in shape, and its association with the change of sociological theory by creating a synthesis in which the historical and sociological integrate from the definition of the linguistic and procedural concepts of the enterprise. |
