| المستخلص: | إن التغيرات التي مست الجامعة الجزائرية في بنيتها التنظيمية والتعليمية وانتهاجها لنظام (L.M.D) خصوصا، الذي يحمل فلسفة تعليمية تختلف عن سابقة النظام الكلاسيكي من حيث تخفيض سنوات الدراسة والعمل بنظام السداسيات، أفرز عدد من المشاكل التسييرية والتنظيمية أبرزها ضيق الوقت المخصص للعملية التعليمية وهدر الكثير من ساعات التدريس المقررة في البرامج مما أدى إلى تراجع جودة التعليم المقدم ومن ثم المستوى العلمي للطالب، وعليه؛ حاولنا في هذا المقال المستلهم من واقع الجامعة الجزائرية معرفة مظاهر وتجليات هدر الوقت التعليمي وتضييعه وإعطاء تفسيرات لهذه الظاهرة التي باتت تهدد النظام التعليمي الجامعي الجزائري عبر تساؤل مركزي وهو: ما هي تجليات وأسباب هدر الوقت التعليمي في الجامعة الجزائرية؟ The changes that have affected the Algerian University in its organizational and educational structure and its approach to the system (LMD) in particular, which carries an educational philosophy different from the precedent of the classical system in terms of reducing the years of study and the work of the system of hexagons, has resulted in a number of management and organizational problems, most notably the lack of time allocated to the educational process and waste a lot of In this article, inspired by the reality of the Algerian University, we attempted to identify the manifestations of waste of educational time and give explanations for this phenomenon.
