| المستخلص: | The children are a blessing from Allah, a deposit in the hands of parents about whom they will be asked. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “All of you are guardians and are responsible for your subjects,...). \nWhen parents realize their responsibilities towards their children and know that they are responsible for their care, they will exert their efforts on their children. Their responsibility goes beyond the issue of providing food to their upbringing and covering them with affection, care, and attention.\nWhen a child is neglected by his parents, this reflects on his behavior. He may turn to the street (in search of) compensation for the affection and love of the parents and may fall victim to various crimes such as addiction.\nIn order to protect children in civil and penal terms, the Algerian legislator arranged a penalty for those who renounce their duties towards their children.\nWhat is negligence towards children? What are its causes? What are the appropriate solutions to eliminate this phenomenon?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 إن الأبناء نعمة من الله أمانة بين أيدي الآباء يسألون عنها، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: (كلكم راع ومسئول عن رعيته،...). \nفعندما يستشعر الآباء والأمهات مسؤولياتهم تجاه أبنائهم ويعرفون أنهم مسئولون عن رعايتهم سيصرفون جهودهم لأبنائهم، ومسؤوليتهم تتجاوز قضية الأكل والشرب إلى تربيتهم وإحاطتهم بالعطف والرعاية والاهتمام.\nوعندما يجد الطفل إهمالا من والديه فإن ذلك سينعكس على سلوكه، وقد يلجأ للشارع ليعوض حنان وحب الأبوين وقد يسقط ضحية جرائم مختلفة كالإدمان.\nولحماية الطفل مدنيا وجزائيا رتب المشرع الجزائري جزاء على من يتخلى عن واجباته تجاه أبنائه.\nفما المقصود بإهمال الأبناء؟ وما أسبابها؟ وما هي الحلول المناسبة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة؟\n Les enfants sont une bénédiction de dieu, honnêteté entre les mains des pères, ils se demandent sur elle (à ce sujet).\nLe message de dieu que la paix soit sur lui a dits: "vous êtes tous berger et vous êtes responsables de son troupeau". Lorsque les parents ressent leur responsabilités envers leur enfants et qu’is savent qu’ils sont responsables de prendre soin d’eux ils vont dépenser leurs efforts pour leurs enfants et leurs responsabilité de passe le manger et le boire pour les élever et les protéger. Quand l’enfant trouve sur la négligence de ses parents cela reflète son comportement et il trouve refuge dans la rue pour compenser la tendresse et l’amour des parents et il peut être victime de différentes causes telles que l’addiction de drogue, et pour protéger l’enfant, le responsable Algérien a organiser la pénalité pour ce… qui abandonnent leurs devoirs envers leurs enfants.\n |
