| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير خطة مقررات الإعداد التربوي في كلية التربية بجامعة إب في ضوء التوجهات العالمية المعاصرة لتلبية متطلبات مهنة التدريس في سوق العمل، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث أعد الباحثون استبانتين: الأولى تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 20 عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية القائمين على تدريس مقررات الإعداد التربوي؛ والثانية طبقت على عينة مكونة من 100 معلم ومعلمة من خريجي الكلية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة أهمية المقررات التربوية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت كبيرة؛ وأن درجة استفادة الخريجين من المقررات التربوية لممارسة مهنة التدريس كانت متوسطة، كما قدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لتطوير خطة مقررات الإعداد التربوي في كلية التربية بجامعة إب، وأوصت الدراسة القائمين على كلية التربية بجامعة إب بالاستفادة من التصور المقترح ووضعه محل التنفيذ. This article aims to present a proposal for developing the course syllabi of the educational preparation in the Faculty of Education, Ibb University in the light of the contemporary global trends to meet the requirements of teaching profession in the labor market. The study employs the analytical descriptive approach. Two questionnaires were designed by the researchers: one was administered to a sample of 20 faculty members who taught the courses of the educational preparation, and the other was administered to a sample of 100 teachers of the faculty graduates. The findings of the study show that the degree of importance of the educational courses from the faculty members' perspectives was high; and the degree of the graduates' utilization from those educational courses in the teaching profession was average. The study recommends the application of the proposal in the Faculty of Education, Ibb University. It also recommends that the Faculty leadership should make use of the conceptions provided in the proposal for developing the course syllabi. |
