| 520 | |f The study aims to find out the nature of the linguistic disorder in a sample consisting of Alzheimer's patients in Laghouat city comprising 11 cases (6) women and (5) men, aged between (59 and 86 years), according to different variables such as sex (male, female), educational level (primary to university), and age. The study relied on the clinical curriculum based on a case study: medical profile and neuropsychological budget designed by SERON and Mini Montal Stata Examination by (FOLISTEIN, 1975) translated and Arabized by Mohamed Najib Al Sabwa 1997 in his adapted and codified Algerian version of 2008. \nThe study results reached the following:\n1. Alzheimer's patient has multiple language disorders.\n2. The severity of the language disorder varies depending on the severity of Alzheimer's disease.\n3. The nature of language disorders in cases varies from the same severity of the disease.\n4. The severity of Alzheimer's disorder varies depending on the level of education.\n5. | 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة الاضطراب اللغوي لدى عينة من مرضى الزهايمر بمدينة الأغواط تتكون من 11 حالة (6) نساء و(5) ذكور وتتراوح أعمارهم م بين (59 سنة و86 سنة) وفق متغيرات مختلفة كالجنس (ذكور، إناث) والمستوى التعليمي (من الابتدائي إلى الجامعي)، والسن وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة حالة وتم استعمال كل من: الملف الطبي للحالة والميزانية النفسية العصبية المصممة من طرف "سورون" (SERON) واختيار الفحص المختصر للحالة العقلية Mini Montal Stata (Examination) لفولشتاين (FOLISTEIN, 1975) المترجم والمعرب من طرف محمد نجيب الصبوة 1997 في نسخته الجزائرية المكيفة والمقننة 2008 وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى:\n1-\tيعاني مريض الزهايمر من اضطراب لغوي متعدد.\n2-\tتختلف شدة الاضطراب اللغوي باختلاف شدة الإصابة بمرض الزهايمر.\n3-\tتختلف طبيعة الاضطرابات اللغوية لدى الحالات من نفس شدة الإصابة.\n4-\tتختلف شدة الاضطراب الزهايمري باختلاف المستوى التعليمي.\n5-\tتختلف شدة الاضطراب الزهايمري حسب متغير الجنس.\n | ||
| 520 | |d Cette étude a bute pour de connaître la nature du trouble de langage chez des patients atteints d'Alzheimer à Laghouat selon différentes variables telles que le genre (masculin, féminin), le niveau d'éducation ( du primaire à l'université), et l'âge, Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude une échantillon étés formés (de 11 cas (6) femmes et (5) hommes et entre (59 ans et 87 ans). Nous avons appliqué l’ Approche clinique et l'étude de cas et a été utilisé à la fois: le dossier médical de l'affaire et l'équilibre psychologique de (SERON) et la version Algérienne du teste de l’état mental de (FOLISTEIN, 1975) Traduit par Mohamed Najib Sabwa 1997, Les résultats de l'étude ont atteint:\n1.\tLe patient atteint d'Alzheimer souffre de plusieurs troubles du langage.\n2.\til y a une différance de la sévérité du trouble du langage varie selon la gravité de la maladie d'Alzheimer.\n3.\til y a une différance de la nature des troubles du langage dans les cas de la même gravité de la blessure.\n4.\til y a une différance de la sévérité du trouble d'Alzheimer varie selon le niveau d'éducation.\n5.\tLa sévérité du trouble varie selon le genres.\n | ||
