| المستخلص: | The life of the city is constantly changing and is a component of the urban community, which is characterized by its different dimensions and patterns, and its multiplicity of inputs and outputs. This led to the emergence of urban problems caused by the interactions of society and its members through their daily relationships. Researchers from various specializations have been interested in monitoring these problems, especially those involved in sociology. These problems include the problem of urban transportation. Transport is a vital activity because it allows the transportation of people and goods, which contributes in one way or another to the development of society. To achieve the desired objectives, transport must aim to meet the real needs of citizens in terms of cost, pricing, quality of services, timelimits, and security.\nTherefore, this study in its theoretical side comes to reveal the problems of urban transportation and the resulting other various and diverse problems. It is a sociological vision that reveals the reality of this phenomenon, especially in the Algerian society having multiple and overlapping phenomena and which has its own character and is followed by the methods used by the guardians (authorities) to deal with these problems.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 إن حياة المدينة في تغير مستمر وهي مكونة للمجتمع الحضري الذي يمتاز بأبعاده وأنماطه المختلفة، وتعدد مدخلاته ومخرجاته، والتي ظهرت منه ما يعرف بمشكلات الحضرية الناجمة عن تفاعلات المجتمع وأفراده من خلال علاقاتهم اليومية، وقد اهتم الباحثين من مختلف تخصصاتهم لرصد هذه المشكلات، وخاصة المنشغلين بعلم الاجتماع ومن بين تلك المشاكل وهو مشكل النقل الحضري، إذ يعتبر النقل نشاطا حيويا فهو يسمح بنقل الأشخاص والبضائع مما يساهم بطريقة أو أخرى في تنمية المجتمع، ولتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة يجب أن يرمي النقل إلى تلبية الحقيقية لحاجات المواطنين من حيث التكلفة والتسعيرة وجودة الخدمات والآجال والأمن.\nوعليه فإن هذه الدراسة تأتي بجانبها النظري لتكشف عن مشكلات النقل الحضري وما انجر عنه من مشكلات أخرى مختلفة ومتنوعة وهي رؤيا سوسيولوجية تكشف حقيقة هذه الظاهرة وخاصة في المجتمع الجزائري، الذي تتعدد وتتداخل فيه الظواهر والذي يمتاز بطابعه الخاص، ويليه فيما بعد الأساليب المتبعة من طرف الوصايا (السلطات) لمواجهة هذه المشكلات.\n La vie en ville est en constante évolution et se compose de la société urbaine qui se caractérise par ses dimensions et les modèles de différent, , qui a émergé de la soidisant problèmes de urbaine résultant d'interactions de la communauté et de ses membres à travers leurs relations quotidiennes, a été chercheurs intéressés de différentes spécialités pour surveiller ces problèmes, en particulier sociologie Parmi ces problèmes est un problème de transport urbain, le transport est vital actif, il permet le transfert de personnes et de marchandises, ce qui contribue d'une manière ou de l'autre dans le développement de la société, et pour atteindre les objectifs souhaités devrait viser les transports pour répondre aux besoins réels des citoyens en termes de coût et de prix, et la qualité des services et les conditions et la sécurité. Par conséquent, cette étude vient à côté de la théorie à révéler les problèmes de transport urbain et l'a traîné des autres problèmes sont différents et variés, une vision de sociologique révéler la vérité de ce phénomène, en particulier dans la société algérienne, qui sont nombreux et recouvrent des phénomènes et qui est caractérisé par un caractère particulier, et suivi plus tard, les méthodes utilisées par autorités pour résoudre ces problèmes. |
