| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد درجة ممارسة الوظائف الإدارية المتعلقة بمهام الإدارة من قبل مديرات رياض الأطفال في مجالات: التخطيط، التنظيم، التوجيه، تقويم أداء العمل، الاتصال وتنمية العلاقات الإنسانية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة وتوزيعها على (45) مديرة من مديرات رياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة في مدينة حماه، وأعيد منها استبانة، وبالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: إن درجة ممارسة المهام الإدارية لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حماه كانت متوسطة، حيث بلغت درجة الممارسة الكلية لجميع المجالات (3.20). وإن ترتيب مجالات درجة ممارسة المهام الإدارية لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حماه جاء على النحو التالي: -المرتبة الأولى: مجال الاتصال والعلاقات الإنسانية (3.47) وهي درجة ممارسة كبيرة. -المرتبة الثانية: مجال التنظيم (3.40) وهي درجة ممارسة متوسطة. -المرتبة الثالثة: مجال التوجيه (3.30) وهي درجة ممارسة متوسطة. -المرتبة الرابعة: مجال التخطيط (3.26) وهي درجة ممارسة متوسطة. -المرتبة الخامسة: مجال التقويم (2.61) وهي درجة ممارسة متوسطة. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من المقترحات منها: -ضرورة إعداد وتنفيذ برامج ودورات تدريبية لمديرات رياض الأطفال تتضمن تدريبهم على المهام الإدارية بطريقة علمية منظمة. -قيام الجهات المعنية بإعداد دليل للمهام والكفايات والمهارات الضرورية لمدير الروضة. | ||
| 520 | |b The current study aims to determine the degree of practicing administrative functions related to management tasks by kindergarten managers in the fields of: planning, organizing, directing, evaluating work performance, communication and developing human relations, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built and distributed to (45) managers and directors. Public and private kindergartens in the city of Hama, from which a questionnaire was returned, and based on appropriate statistical methods, the following results were obtained: The degree of practicing administrative tasks among kindergartens managers and directors in Hama was average, with the overall degree of practice in all fields reaching (3.20). The ranking of the fields of the degree of practicing administrative tasks for the directors and directors of kindergartens in the city of Hama is as follows: First place: Communication and Human Relations field (3.47), which is a great degree of practice. Second place: the field of organization (3.40), which is a medium degree of practice. Third place: the field of mentoring (3.30), which is a medium degree of practice. Fourth place: the field of planning (3.26), which is a moderate degree of practice. Fifth rank: evaluation field (2.61), which is a moderate degree of practice. In light of the previous results, the researcher presented a set of proposals, including: - The necessity to prepare and implement training programs and courses for kindergarten managers, including training them on administrative tasks in an organized scientific manner. - The concerned authorities prepare a guide for the tasks, competencies and skills necessary for the kindergarten manager. | ||
