| المستخلص: | يرى الباحث أن تحسين أداء المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية في تقديم خدماتها المكتبية، يكمن بالدرجة الأولى في التخطيط العلمي لاستغلال الإمكانيات المتاحة بالمكتبة، والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات الحالية وتطويرها واستحداث خدمات أخرى عن طريق تقويم الإمكانيات والمقومات التي تستند عليها المكتبة الوطنية في تقديمها لتلك الخدمات. \nوهذا ما عمل عليه الباحث في دراسته هذه، إذ اجتهد في تقديم تصور لخطة تطويرية بعد أن قام الاطلاع على عدد معتبر من الدراسات والأبحاث المنشورة، ومتابعة آخر المستجدات في المجال، والتي تم الركون إليها في سبيل رفد هذه الدراسة ببعض الرؤى التطويرية، ولعله من المفيد قولا أن تقديم تصور شامل ودقيق لمخطط التطوير لن يستطيع الباحث بمفرده أن يقوم بتصميمه وبنائه، لأن مثل هذا العمل أو التصور يحتاج إلى تضافر جهود عدد كبير من الجهات ذات العلاقة، لذا يأمل الباحث أن تعمل المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية ممثلة في القائمين عليها بدراسة هذا التصور، والعمل على تقويمه، ومن ثم تبنيه خصوصا في ظل المكانة التي تتمتع بها المكتبة الوطنية، على الرغم من قلة الإمكانيات المتاحة حاليا بالمكتبة الوطنية، وغير الكافية لتطوير الأداء وتحسين الخدمة المكتبية، وبالتالي الحاجة لوضع مزيد من الإمكانيات مع ترشيد ما هو متاح وتوجيهه الوجهة الصحيحة. \n Le chercheur estime que l'amélioration des performances de la Bibliothèque nationale algérienne dans la fourniture de ses services documentaires réside principalement dans la planification scientifique pour l’exploitation des moyens disponibles dans la bibliothèque, la l’élévation et le développement des services actuels et la création d'autres services en évaluant les moyens et les aptitudes sur lesquels La Bibliothèque nationale compte pour fournir ces services. \nC'est ce sur quoi le chercheur a travaillé dans son étude, puisqu’il s’est astreint à présenter une visualisation proposée, après avoir étudié un nombre considérable d'études et de recherches publiées, qui ont été utilisées pour compléter cette étude avec quelques visions et propositions. le chercheur espère que la Bibliothèque nationale algérienne agira en tant que représentant auprès de ses responsables d'étudier cette perception, de travailler à son évaluation, puis de l'adopter, notamment au vu du statut dont jouit la Bibliothèque nationale, malgré le manque de moyens actuellement disponibles dans la bibliothèque, et insuffisants pour développer les performances et améliorer le service de la bibliothécaire, et donc la nécessité de développer plus de moyens, tout en rationalisant ce qui est disponible et l’orienter dans la bonne direction. \n The researcher believes that improving the performance of the Algerian National Library in providing its library services lies primarily in scientific planning to exploit the potential available in the library, upgrading and developing existing services, and developing other services by evaluating the possibilities and components on which the National Library relies in providing such services. \nThis is what the researcher worked on in his study, as he worked hard to present a vision of a development plan after he reviewed a significant number of published studies and research pieces and followed up on the latest developments in the field, which was relied upon in order to provide this study with some developmental insights. It may be useful to say that providing a comprehensive and accurate conception of the development scheme can’t be designed and built by the researcher alone because such work or perception needs combining efforts of a large number of relevant bodies. Therefore, the researcher hopes that the Algerian National Library, represented by its authors, will study this perception and work on its evaluation, and then build it, especially in light of the status enjoyed by the National Library despite the limited capacity currently available at the library and which is insufficient to develop performance and improve library service, hence, the need to develop more possibilities while rationalizing what is available and guide it to the right direction. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
