| 520 | |a تناول المقال أزمة انهيار أسعار النفط لعام 2014؛ ولفهم أسباب هذه الأزمة وأفقها الزمني، استعرض الباحث طبيعة الأسواق النفطية حاليا، والأطراف المتدخلة فيها والعوامل المحددة للأسعار؛ وأبرز من خلال التحليل دور بعض العناصر في أزمة انهيار الأسعار الحالية: دور التقدم التكنولوجي في زيادة العرض وتوسيع قاعدته لتشمل أنواعا جديدة من النفط غير التقليدي التي لم يكن ممكنا استغلالها في ظل شروط الإنتاج السابقة، وخلص إلى توقع استمرار الأزمة لفترة متوسطة على الأقل. | ||
| 520 | |d Cet article a trait à la crise d’effondrement du prix du pétrole de 2014; et pour mieux saisir ses motifs et son horizon temporel, on a étudié la nature des marchés pétroliers actuels, ses intervenants et les déterminants des prix; et l’analyse a pu faire ressortir des éléments dont le rôle a été déterminant dans la crise actuelle: une avancée technique qui permet dorénavant l’exploitation du pétrole non conventionnel, ce qui signifie augmentation significative de l’offre. En conclusion on prévoit la poursuite de la crise, au moins, à moyen terme. | ||
| 520 | |f The article dealt with the 2014 oil price crash to understand the causes of this crisis and its time horizon. The researcher reviewed the nature of the current oil markets, the parties involved in them, and the factors determining prices. He highlighted through the analysis the role of some elements in the current price collapse crisis: the role of technological progress in increasing supply and expanding its base to include new types of unconventional oil that could not be exploited under the previous production conditions.
