| 520 | |a يعد الرهان الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للاستثمار في المؤسسات المصغرة والصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر ذا أهمية بالغة، حيث أن الاستثمار في هذه المؤسسات له العديد من الأثار فيما يخص نمو القيمة المضافة والمساهمة في الناتج المحلي وكذلك توفير إجراءات تسيرية أقل تعقيداً وطرق إنتاج أكثر مرونة وقدرات تكييف أكثر ملائمة مع نسيج الأسواق المحلية والدولية التي تعرف ارتفاع في درجات عدم التأكد ولهذا عرف هذا النوع من الاستثمار في الجزائر نمواً نتيجة العلاقات الباطنية الهامة وكذلك لارتفاع مكانته في النسيج الاقتصادي، فضلا عن كونه يوفر قدرة توظيفية عالية، فأصبح الاهتمام به وتنميته ضرورة لبلوغ التنمية. | ||
