| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العوامل المحفزة على اختيار أماكن تموقع المؤسسات الصناعية لممارسة نشاطاتها على مستوى ولاية بجاية، وهذا استنادا إلى نتائج مسح ميداني لعينة من المؤسسات الناشطة في هذه الولاية. النتائج الرئيسية المتوصل إليها تبرز أهمية البحث على توفير النفقات الخارجية للمؤسسة، التمكين من العقار الصناعي، إضافة إلى تأثير العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تعتبر من العوامل المؤثرة على التموقع الصناعي للمؤسسات. Ce présent article vise à examiner les facteurs liés au territoire d’accueil, qui motivent les choix de localisation des industries de la wilaya de Bejaia. Notre démarche repose sur une enquête de terrain menée auprès d’un échantillon d’entreprises. Les principaux résultats obtenus, mettent en avant la recherche des économies externes, l’accès au foncier industriel, mais aussi l’incidence d’autres variables socioculturelles comme éléments d’influence sur les localisations industrielles. This research aims to study the factors motivating the selection of locations for industrial institutions to practice their activities at the level of the state of Béjaïa, and this is based on the results of a field survey of a sample of active institutions in this province. The main results obtained highlight the importance of the research on the provision of external expenses of the institution, the empowerment of industrial real estate, in addition to the impact of social and cultural factors that are considered among the factors affecting the industrial positioning of institutions.
