| المستخلص: | دأب العلماء على المزج بين الدراسة اللغوية، والدراسة الشرعية، باعتبار أن اللغة العربية وعاء حاملا للمعرفة الفقهية، و وسيطا يمكن من خلاله تحقيق التواصل بين الفقهاء، والرجوع في حال نزاعهم إلى أسلوب الخطاب وبيئته، ودلالة اللفظ ونحويته، ونظراً للوحدة الاصطلاحية الحاملة لعلم الفقه، وعلم أصول النحو؛ المتمثلة في علم أدلة الفقه، ونظراً للتأثير المتبادل بينهما؛ نشأت علاقة ربط بين علم أصول الفقه وعلم أصول النحو، وجاء هذا البحث ليتناول العلاقة بين علمي أصول الفقه وأصول النحو مع ذكر بعض الأمثلة من كتب الفقه وأصوله على تفاعل العلمين مع بعضهما بعضا.
