| 520 | |b The research at hand is an investigation achievement collected from Bejaia enterprises’ workers and employees. For this to happen, we designed questionnaire in order to measure the scale and degree the work actually generates. The results revealed the professional anxiety affected quite a high rate of the concerned employees. Moreover, the undertaken investigation demonstrated that the stressing events’ impacts affected more the senior workers; a positive correlation has enabled us to observe two principles: the workers’ age and the professional anxiety perception degree. | ||
| 520 | |d Ce travail est l’aboutissement d’une enquête réalisée auprès des travailleurs des entreprises de la wilaya de Bejaia. Un questionnaire a été utilisé pour but de mesurer l’échelle du stress généré par le travail. Les résultats de l’enquête obtenus ont démontré des niveaux élevés de stress professionnel et de mauvaises conditions de travail. L’impact des événements stressants au travail semble plus important chez les personnes âgées. Une corrélation positive est en effet observée entre l’âge des sujets et les degrés de perception du stress professionnel. | ||
