| المستخلص: | نتج عن جائحة الكورونا تضرر العديد من القطاعات الاقتصادية لكن هذا لم يمنع من استفادة بعض القطاعات التي تأثرت تأثراً إيجابياً، أهمها قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وقطاع التجارة الإلكترونية، هذا ما يستوجب ضرورة استغلال هذا الازدهار والنمو لمثل هذه القطاعات الحساسة وتطويرها للمساهمة بجزء ولو بسيط لتعويض الخسارة التي تكبدها الاقتصاد العالمي عامة والجزائري خاصة. بحيث كان أثر تداعيات فيروس كورونا إيجابياً من حيث إنعاش حجم وحركة التجارة الإلكترونية، إذ عجلت أزمة كورونا بالتحول إلى الرقمية ودفعت السوق الإلكتروني إلى مستويات نمو قياسية بالاعتماد على البرامج المتطورة والتكنولوجيا الحديثة حيث أشحت عمليات وصفقات البيع والشراء تتم عبر الإنترنت، فالتوجه العالمي لغلق الحدود وفرض حظ التجول بشكل جزئي أو كلي لمواجهة فيروس كورونا جعل الوسيلة الأولى للمستهلكين للحصول على احتياجاتهم عن طريق التوصل بالشركات والمؤسسات والمتاجر عبر الإنترنيت وذلك لصعوب التحرك بسبب حظر التجول فإلى أي مدى استفادت الجزائر من هذا التأثير. The Corona pandemic has resulted in damage to many economic sectors, but this has not prevented the benefit of some sectors that have been positively affected, the most important of which are the communications and information technology sector and the electronic commerce sector. This necessitates the need to exploit this prosperity and growth for such sensitive sectors and develop them to contribute even a small part to compensate for the losses. So that the impact of the repercussions of the Corona virus was positive in terms of reviving the volume and movement of electronic commerce, as the Corona crisis accelerated the transition to digital and pushed the electronic market to record levels of growth by relying on advanced programs and modern technology, as the sale and purchase transactions take place via the Internet, so the global trend is to close borders and impose The curfew, partially or completely, to confront the Corona virus has made it the first means for consumers to obtain their needs by communicating with companies, institutions and stores via the Internet, due to the difficulty of moving due to the curfew. |
