| المستخلص: | Using outsourcing is an opportunity, an issue and a risk. Thus, it is pertinent to understand the phenomenon. This is a qualitative study designed to analyze the key player's perception in an outsourcing project. The upstream study, control and counselling appear to be a determining factor for the sustainability of the project. After analyzing a corpus using the Alceste software, constructed from interviews with protagonists of the outsourcing of the Centre National des Sports de la Défense activities, the study demonstrates an interest of the public entity for the skills identified in the private sector, although the budgetary issue is decisive, it does not seem to hold a central place in itself. Strong standardization has also emerged. Recourir à l'externalisation représente une opportunité, un enjeu et un risque. Ainsi, il est pertinent de comprendre le phénomène. Il s'agit d'une étude qualitative qui vise à analyser la perception des acteurs clés d'un projet d'externalisation. L'étude en amont, le contrôle et l'accompagnement semblent déterminants pour la pérennité du projet. Après avoir analysé un corpus à l'aide du logiciel Alceste, construit à partir d'entretiens avec des protagonistes de l'externalisation au sein du Centre National des Sports de la Défense, l'étude démontre un intérêt de la personne publique pour les compétences identifiées dans le secteur privé, bien que l'enjeu budgétaire soit déterminant, il ne semble pas tenir à lui seul une place centrale. Une forte normalisation est par ailleurs apparue. |
