| المستخلص: | Issues relating to minorities are of great interest at the international level, as different nations seek to highlight their cultural asset on the subject of dealing with different minorities, given the importance attached to them by international organizations. At the level of jurisprudence writing, various texts emerge that help researchers to highlight the march of Islamic civilization in dealing with minorities.
