| المستخلص: | مصطلح الحديث التحليلي مصطلح معاصر، لم يرد في كتب علوم الحديث النبوي وشروحه. وقد تم اختيار تعريف له، هو: دراسة الحديث النبوي رواية ودراية، وربطه بالعلوم الأخرى بضوابط. وأظهر البحث صلته الوثيقة بعلوم الحديث وشروحه؛ وقد تم التأسيس عليهما في المنهجية المعاصرة، من خلال: تحليل الجانب الحديثي، واللغوي والبلاغي. والاهتمام بأسباب ورود الحديث، وتعيين الأزمنة، والأمكنة، والأشخاص. وبيان صلة الحديث النبوي بالقرآن. وبيان فقه الحديث. والاستفادة من أقوال الصحابة والتابعين. وملاحظة صلة الحديث النبوي بمقاصد الشريعة. وبيان معاني الحديث ومشكلاته. ثم الاستفادة من العلوم الأخرى بضوابط. مع ضرورة العناية بالأفكار والأساليب والتوثيق والصياغة بصورة معاصرة. The term “analytical Hadith” is a contemporary term, as it was not mentioned in the books of Hadith and its explanations. The chosen definition of analytical Hadith consists in studying the Prophet’s Hadith with its both types (riwaya) and (diraya) and linking it to contemporary sciences with certain controls. The research showed the close connection between analytical Hadeeth, science of Hadith and Hadith explanation. It also showed that these are the foundations of the contemporary methodology, through analysis of side hadith and its linguistic aspects. The study gave proper attention to the causes, times, places and people of hadith, in addition to exploring the connection between the Prophet’s Hadith and the Quran and discussing Hadith jurisprudence. It equally benefited from the words of companions and followers, while shedding light on the relevance of the Prophet’s Hadith to Sharia intents. The researcher explained the meanings of the Hadith and made use of its contemporary science, while paying attention to the necessity of ideas, linguistic approaches, documentation and Writing in a contemporary method. |
