Cependant, et avec l’avènement, de ce qu’on qualifie désormais, d’Economie numérique, les missions de cette institution constitutionnelle seront mis à l’épreuve, et doivent être réadapté, voire réinventée, pour jouer, pleinement, son rôle de régulateur. | ||
