| 520 | |a هدف البحث التعرف على بعض السمات المنبئة (المبادرة -المثابرة) بالاتجاه نحو العمل التطوعي لمواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجد للشباب في المرحلة العمرية التي تتراوح ما بين (١٩-٤٠) سنة، وتم اختيار (٢٦٦) شاب وشابة من المشاركين في المبادرات التطوعية لمجابهة فيروس كورونا تعليم (متوسط/ جامعي)، (عاملين/ غير عاملين،) والمقيمين بالمناطق (الشعبية/ والمدنية)، طبق عليهم (٣) مقاييس جميعهم من إعداد الباحثة (مقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل التطوعي لمجابهة فيروس كورونا -مقياس المبادرة -مقياس المثابرة). قد استخدمت الباحثة تحليل الانحدار للتحقق من الفرض الأول وتحليل التباين للتحقق من الفرض الثاني والثالث. ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون والفا كرونباخ للتحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقاييس أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن قيمة (ف) الانحدادية المحسوبة للاتجاه نحو العمل التطوعي بلغت (287.35) وهى قيمة دالة عند مستوى (0.01)، حيث بلغ حجم التأثير (0.686)، وتظهر هذه النتيجة مدى تأثير المتغيرات الخاصة لسمات الشخصية (المبادرة -المثابرة) على الاتجاه نحو التطوع لمواجهة فيروس كورونا، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة اختلاف الدرجة على مقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل التطوعي لدى عينة البحث باختلاف متغير الجنس (ذكر/ أنثى) لصالح الذكور كما تبين وجود اختلاف في الدرجة على مقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل التطوعي لدى عينة الدراسة باختلاف التفاعل بين النوع والمرحلة العمرية معا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) حيث بلغت قيمة (ف) 13.138، حيث تبين من نتائج البحث وجود اختلاف الدرجة على مقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل التطوعي باختلاف متغير التعليم (متوسط/ جامعي) لصالح التعليم الجامعي، كما أظهر البحث عدم وجود اختلاف في الدرجة على مقياس الاتجاه نحو التطوع لدى عينة البحث لكل من التفاعل بين محل الإقامة (شعبي/ مدنى)، مستوى التعليم (متوسط/ جامعي). | ||
| 520 | |b The current study aimed to identify some personality predictive traits (initiative- perseverance) in the direction towards volunteering or volunteer work to confront the emerging corona virus for young people for the age stage of (19- 40) years. Where a sample size of (266) young men and women was chosen from among the participants in volunteering initiatives to confront the Corona virus, from some NGOs (namely: Misr El-Kheir Association, Resala Association, and the Orman Association) male/ female, education (intermediate/ university), workers/ non-workers, and residents of the regions popular/ civic. Three scales were applied to this sample, they are: the trend towards volunteering to confront the corona virus , the initiative scale , the perseverance scale, all prepared by the researcher. The results of the study revealed that the value of (q) regression calculated for the trend towards voluntary work reached (287.35), which is a function value at the level of (0.01), and this result shows the extent of the impact of the special variables on personality traits (Initiative- perseverance) on the trend towards volunteering to confront the corona virus ... The results of the study also showed a difference in the degree on the scale of the trend towards volunteer work among the study sample according to the difference in the gender variable (male/ female) in favor of males. It was also found that there is a difference in the degree on the scale of the trend towards volunteer work among the study sample according to the difference between the gender and the age stage together at the level of significance (0.01), where the value of (P) was 13,138, and the third time was partially achieved as the results of the study proved the difference in the degree. The scale of the trend towards volunteer work according to the difference in the education variable (intermediate/ university) in favor of university education, while the study proved that there is no difference in the degree on the scale of the tendency towards volunteering in the research sample for each place of residence for interaction between the place of residence (popular/ civic) and the level of education (Intermediate/ University). | ||
