| المستخلص: | The main aim of the study is to uncover the social factors underlying crimes linked to domestic violence within the Saudi family, and to explain those factors. To achieve the objectives of the study, content analysis method is used to analyze data published in newspapers and news reports on crimes of domestic violence, and punishments for their perpetrators according to Islamic criminal statutes for cases between the years 2008 and 2019. The study sample consists of seventy-eight news releases on those crimes selected according to the purposive sample method. The study concludes with a set of important results, most notably: the ultimate act of domestic violence is homicide, which accounts for 94.8%, followed by incest offenders (5.2%). There are sets of interrelated factors that together have been found to be largely responsible for these crimes: some of these factors are related to weak religious constraints, others are related to drug abuse and addiction, others are related to family disintegration and polygamy, while others are related to globalization variables and their various effects. The results of the study also confirm that there is a major role for terrorist groups in supporting and promoting those crimes within families. The results of the study recommend the necessity of developing an integrated national strategy for the prevention of domestic violence and the crimes associated with them, prosecuting their perpetrators and protecting their victims. هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس للكشف عن العوامل الاجتماعية الدافعة لارتكاب الجرائم المرتبطة بالعنف داخل الأسرة السعودية، ومحاولة تفسير تلك العوامل، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة فقد تم استخدام منهج تحليل المضمون، وذلك من خلال حصر ما تم نشره في الصحف والتقارير الإخبارية حول الجرائم الأسرية، وحول تنفيذ الأحكام الشرعية بحق الجناة، خلال المدة الزمنية الممتدة بين عام 2008م وحتى 2019م، وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 78خبرا صحفيا عن تلك الجرائم التي تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العمدية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة، أبرزها: أن أبرز الجرائم المرتبطة بالعنف الأسري هي جرائم القتل بنسبة بلغت .8 94٪، تليها جرائم الاعتداء على المحارم بنسبة بلغت 5.2%، وأن هنالك مجموعة من العوامل المتداخلة تؤدي مجتمعة لارتكاب هذه الجرائم؛ منها ما يرتبط بضعف الوازع الديني، وأخرى ترتبط بتعاطي المخدرات وإدمانها، وأخرى ترتبط بالتفكك الأسري وتعدد الزوجات، وأخرى ارتبطت بالمتغيرات العولمية وتأثيراتها المختلفة. كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة أن هنالك دورا كبيرا للجماعات الإرهابية في دعم وتعزيز ارتكاب جرائم القتل داخل الأسرة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجية وطنية متكاملة للوقاية والحماية من العنف الأسري والجرائم المرتبطة به... |
